Originally a Nickelodean Theater, Confectionary and Railway hotel, this historic building, dating back to the 1800's, underwent a transformation into a modern event space and urban apartments.
Through meticulous restoration, four separate spaces were seamlessly integrated into one, preserving the structure’s original charm with features like high ceilings, large windows and exposed brick walls.
